Grameen Trust (GT) organized a 'Screening Camp' at Ashuganj Unit under Narsingdi Anchal on September 06, 2018. About hundred potential new entrepreneurs(NEs) who participated at this screening camp are women. The event was facilitated by Ms. Tasmina Rahman, General Manager of Grameen Trust, Md.Sanwar Hossain, Anchal Prodhan, Ms. Debasree Kar Rakhi, Senior Executive of Grameen Trust and Mr.Ratan Kumar Roy,Unit Incharge of Ashuganj Unit. Potential new entrepreneurs are encouraged to take equity from Grameen Trust.

During the screening camp, GT participants depicted the evaluation of Nobin Program and discussed the definition of New Entrepreneur and explained the different aspects of Nobin Program.

 Later on the day, a 'social business design lab' only for women new entrepreneurs  was held. This is the first design lab under Ashuganj unit at Narsingdi Anchal of its kind. Eleven women entrepreneurs presented their business proposals during the lab and all the proposals were unanimously approved.

The businesses of these potential entrepreneurs include, dairy farm, poultry farm, Furniture, Nakshi Katha and tailoring. GT has approved US$ 4337 as equity investment to these businesses.
